I usually go by "feel" when steeping teas, but reading your article I realize that I've subconsciously picked up a lot throughout the years that adds to the "feel" for brewing.         <![CDATA[<p>That's good news about the kid who discovered tea in Chinatown.  I'd like to add that a lot of Yi Xing pottery is for men too. I have several mugs.  One of them does have plum blossoms on it and those are flowers. But I have a few that are made just like old beer steins from the days before tea replaced it as a morning drink in Britain.  I don't know how much more masculine you can get than that.</p>]]>
